Common Questions About Working With Us
Is the initial consultation free?
Yes, the first meeting is non-binding and free of charge. We will discuss your project, present options, and recommend next steps.
How long does the entire process take from consultation to final inspection?
It depends on the scope of the project. For a family home, expect 6-12 months for design and permits; larger buildings may take longer. We will give you a realistic estimate at the initial meeting.
Can I contact you even if I do not have land yet?
Of course. We are happy to advise you on selecting a plot in terms of buildability, utility connections, and the zoning plan.
Do you handle all communication with authorities?
Yes, completely. Communication with authorities, relevant bodies, and utility providers is all part of our engineering services.
How does remote collaboration work?
Most communication can be handled by email and phone. For key meetings (site survey, design approval), we are happy to meet in person.
