How does the first meeting work?
The initial consultation is non-binding. We discuss your project, explore the options, and recommend the next steps. You can schedule a meeting by phone or through our contact form.
What do you need to prepare a quote?
A brief description of your project, information about the plot or building, and your expectations regarding scope are enough. Based on this, we will prepare a detailed price quote.
How long does project preparation take?
It depends on the scope and complexity. A straightforward family home project can be completed in 2-3 months, while more complex public buildings may take longer.
Do you also handle building permits?
Yes, we offer complete engineering services — from zoning decisions through building permits all the way to final inspection approval.
Do you help with grants?
Yes, we have extensive experience preparing grant applications for both municipalities and private investors.
Do you design ecological buildings?
Yes, we have a specialist in ecology and waste management. We design composting facilities, waste collection yards, and handle landfill reclamation projects.
Can you provide construction supervision?
We offer both author supervision and technical supervision throughout the entire construction period.
What region do you operate in?
We are based in Pilsen and primarily work in the Pilsen Region, but we also carry out projects in other parts of the Czech Republic.
